A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available here. Our NDA's are only signed on a deal-by-deal basis.
Please send a tape, if and only if, the file is complete with:
1. Full property address
2. Complete property information (beds, baths, sq ft, etc)
3. BPO Value (if no BPO, how did seller come up with value)?
4. BPO Date
5. Yes or no if pictures are available (Do not send them)
6. Condition of property
a. Vacant
b. Occupied/Rented (how much)
c. Needs work (what and how much)
7. Days delinquent (if not REO)
Once the spreadsheet is loaded with the data, use form below to submit it to us.
When submitting the tape please include as much of the information below as possible in the COMMENTS box. An incomplete narrative may
result in a rejected tape.
State in the comments box:
1. Seller's price expectation and motivation
2. Do you have any color? (Any other bids, when are the bids due?)
3. Can we carve out the properties or is it all in bid?
4. Property condition (overall)
5. Is the bank willing to accept terms? Seller finance?
