How much do you charge?

no fees associated with our short sale services. If we are only providing loan modification assistance, bank negotiation assistance or loss mitigation services to homeowners or real estate professionals there is a flat-rate case fee that applies.

If I fill out the online analysis form, am I obligated to do anything?
There is never any obligation for you to accept our offer or solutions. The only
time you would be obligated to anything is if you enter into a contractual
agreement with us, just as with any other real estate transaction.
