Our Home Matching System enables you to Rent to Own a home of your choice

STEP 1

Download, fill out and fax the Home Finder Worksheet and fax it in, or enter the same information here, under "add a buyer". This will tell us exactly what you're looking for. Then we will forward details to you on the homes we already have, which match your criteria.

If we do not have any homes matching your criteria, you may choose a home currently on the market, within your price range. Contact us with the address and tell us where you saw it advertised, so we can attempt to work out terms with the seller, suitable to your budget.

STEP 2

We will connect you with a credit and mortgage counselor to work with you to help prepare you for home ownership, and to help you in getting on the right track for obtaining your own mortgage within 12-18 months. They also help you analyze your specific situation to be sure you're not buying beyond your means. The $500 fee for this personal counseling and credit assistance is applied directly to & subtracted from your downpayment on the home.

At the same time, AcQuity will set up a convenient time for you to view the home. If it is a good match on one of our properties, we'll provide you with terms. For other homes on the market, we will need to work toward an agreement with the seller before we can provide you with the final terms. If it suits your budget, you can rent to own that home from AcQuity. Typical requirements include the first and last month's rent, along with a non-refundable 3% option fee which is applied to the final purchase of the home upon exercising the option to buy. We also have assistance programs to help with this downpayment, or FHA loans if preferred.
